Our cabinet doors start the manufacturing process with a raw high internal bond MDF. This HIB MDF is melamine backed with a solid white or wood grain finish. We use a high quality 12 mil vinyl. This process is known as RTF or Rigid Thermo Foil. These European style doors are rapidly becoming the first choice for cabinet doors due to the many advantages list below:
